Introduction

By using layouts and other creations provided by Anna, you agree to the terms of service/ usage below. All terms apply to every single creation (unless stated otherwise) on Thursday and must be followed. Before using anything, please consider every one of the following guidelines. Thank you.

Terms of Usage

The following set of rules only apply to graphical works displayed on Thursday. Reviews have their own set of guidelines which can be found in the "Reviews" section.

NOTE: Bolded rules are extra important, so please take note of them.

1) Do not direct link my content, it swallows up my bandwidth. There are lots of free image/ file hosts out there such as ImageShack and Photobucket. You can also upload the graphics onto your own server.

2) I give proper credit to resources, be it third party or image. If I send you the .zip file for a specific layout, and you do use it, you must ALSO give proper credit. Credits can be found on the bottom of each layout and on each layout information page.

3) Do not take a graphic/ design off of Thursday, modify it and put it up on your site claiming you made it. I can tell if it belonged to me once or not.

4) Please do not copy my coding. You will never learn how to code that way. There are wonderful tutorials out there and sites like THIS that offer amazing help to not only beginners in coding, but just about anyone that wants to learn something new.

5) All works displayed have my signature on them somewhere. When using layouts, the signatures may not be covered up or removed.

6) Nothing on Thursday may be redistributed somewhere else without my permission. If you like something on Thursday and want to submit it somewhere, notify me (Anna Z) first. 70% of the time, I'll probably let you submit it if credit is given and a link back to Thursday is available somewhere. However, keep in mind that I am the original owner and I do have the right to decline.

7) You may not use any digital artwork (vectors, blends, manipulations, etc.) to make layouts or other graphics. All digital works may not be used even if you do ask for my permission first. Artwork of traditional and digital media may be used if you ask for permission first.

8) Literary works may not be used or redistributed elsewhere without my permission. You may not claim them as your's, or use certain lines in your own writing. Because there's no set way for me to put my claim on them (such as posting my signature like for the graphic works), I can only hope that you will respect the fact that they are © under my name (Anna Z).

9) If you use any form of graphic work created by Anna Z, you MUST provide proper credit and link back to Thursday. Stealing will result in some sort of consequence.

Conclusion

I do not ask much from you. Simply follow these rules and you as well as I will be happy.
